Christmas for Breakfast youth volunteer event in partnership with Rise Against Hunger to package 10,000 meals
On August 5, 2023, Christmas for Breakfast embarked on an inspiring partnership with the Rise Against Hunger Organization, a global non-profit dedicated to eradicating hunger. Despite the scorching sun, a committed team of 39 volunteers, comprised of both youth and adults from Christmas for Breakfast, united to assemble and package essential meals consisting of dehydrated vegetables, protein, rice, and essential vitamins, all carefully sealed and prepared for shipment worldwide to those in need.
Our volunteers showed incredible dedication and teamwork, creating an astounding 10,000 meals in just four hours. We are immensely grateful to these committed individuals whose unwavering effort ensured the success of this collaboration. Please watch this short video to see their remarkable achievements
