About the Event
On August 5, 2023, Christmas for Breakfast embarked on an inspiring partnership with the Rise Against Hunger Organization, a global non-profit dedicated to eradicating hunger. Despite the scorching sun, a dedicated team of 39 volunteers, comprised of both youth and adults from Christmas for Breakfast, united to meticulously assemble and package essential meals. These meals included dehydrated vegetables, protein, rice, and essential vitamins, all carefully sealed and prepared for shipment to those in need
In a remarkable display of dedication and teamwork, our volunteers achieved the incredible feat of producing an astonishing 10,000 meals in a mere four hours. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to these dedicated individuals whose unwavering commitment ensured the resounding success of this meaningful collaboration.Â
